1. Hon. Miss M. A. Mottley (St. Michael North East): To ask the Prime Minster: Will the Prime Minister state whether he undertook any overseas travel between 17th February, 2008 and 25th February, 2008 in his official capacity as Prime Minister or public capacity as Political Leader of the DLP?
(a) If so will the Prime Minister indicate which aircraft or airline was used and whether such aircraft or airline was commercial or private?
(b) If such aircraft was not a commercial carrier, will the Prime Minister indicate the ownership of the aircraft and the operating conditions of the licence?
(c) Will the Prime Minister state whether this entity, its related companies whether parent, affiliate or subsidiary has any contractual relationship with the Government of Barbados?
(d) Will the Prime Minister state whether Government has paid for this official travel and if not who?
(e) Further, what was the amount paid for each trip?
(f) If the trip and/or trips were paid for by Government, will the Prime Minister please state if this is the commercial rate normally charged or was there any subsidy received by the Government or any premium paid by the Government?

2. Hon. Miss M. A. Mottley (St. Michael North East): To ask the Prime Minster: 1. Will the Prime Minister in the interest of full transparency and accountability state whether Government has created a post of political advisor to the Prime Minister or whether anyone has been contracted to provide political advisory services to the Prime Minister? 2. If so, will the Prime Minister state: (a) whether a contract has been executed to give effect to such a post? (b) who is the holder of that post and what are the terms and conditions of any such contract and/or engagement? 3. Further, will the Prime Minister state: (a) whether the holder of that post has undertaken overseas travel in such capacity since 15th January, 2008? (b) the details of such travel and how it was financed?
