(1) constructing an access road at Goddings Alley and;
(2) constructing an access ramp and widening the Salt Pond Drainage Canal at Goddings Alley and Salt Pond.

Todds in the parish of St. George and Coconut Hall in the parish of
St. Lucy in this Island for the public purpose of housing development
under the Housing Every Last Person (H.E.L.P.) Programme.
