McClean: To move the passing of a Resolution to approve under Section 9 (1) of the Land Acquisition Act, Cap. 238 the publication in the Official Gazette of a notification declaring the abandonment of the compulsory acquisition effected by the Resolution No. 8/2011 of the parcel of land together with buildings thereon situate at Mason Hall Street in the parish of St. Michael in this Island.
